PLACING AN ORDER
- Add to the shopping cart the products you want to order;
- Fill in the requested fields (create an account if you do not have one already);
- Chose a payment method and execute the payment;
- Chose a delivery method;
- You will then receive an email confirming your order;
- After receipt of payment on our systems, your order will be processed and shipped.
- You will receive our order confirmation and shipping notifications.
Please note that if you pay by bank transfer or Multibanco reference, it usually takes about 24h for us the receive your payment. Once we do, your order will be shipped.
Payments for purchases on this website are received in euros.
The following payment methods are accepted:

- Multibanco Transfer
- Multibanco Reference/”Pagamento de serviços”
Orders will be processed only after payment is settled.
NAZARÉ CANYON delivers to mainland Portugal and the islands and Member States of the European Union.
When you purchase from our site, we will provide you with the transportation service company that better fulfills your specific needs, considering the characteristics of the products that you are buying from us, your location and other aspects of your order.
Delivery time and all associated costs will depend on the characteristics of the products and their destination. However, we will provide you with the information regarding the delivery when you are placing your order and you can always contact the transportation company if you have any further questions.
Please take into consideration that we do not ship during weekends or national holidays, and all orders paid after 17pm on Friday will be shipped the first working day thereafter.
In case of international shipments, NAZARÉ CANYON cannot guarantee the exemption of possible customs duties as well as delays in delivery in the country of delivery.
Each currier will have their own policy regarding Unsuccessful Deliveries. Before selecting your courier we advise you to check what is their policy and the procedure regarding unsuccessful deliveries.
AVAILABILITY AND STOCK
All orders for items are subject to availability and in the rare event of supply difficulties or because items are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information regarding substitute items of an equal or higher quality and value which you can order. If you do not wish to order the substitute items we will pay you the refund as possible and, in all cases, within 30 days from the date on which you email us about the return.
If you decide to return your purchases, we accept returns within 14 days after the day you received your order.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED
NAZARÉ CANYON can refuse returns bases on legitimate and reasonable grounds that the item has been used. In these cases, we will provide you with a written and reasoned reply for our decision.
However, as long as an item is still in its original condition and not showing signs of use, we will accept your return. Once we receive your returned item and analyze it, we will contact you to confirm you are entitled to reimbursement.
You can send us back the items to our store at Rua Mouzinho de Albuquerque, 40, 2450-253 Nazaré, Portugal.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us.
The refund will be paid as soon as possible and, in all cases, within 30 days from the date on which you email us about the return.
Please note we do not accept returns for unwanted items after the 14 days period referred above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs. Certain items cannot be returned for refunds including:
